I understand that by participating, Forte might take photos or video. I hereby authorize Forte the right and permission to copyright and/or publish, reproduce or otherwise use my name, voice, and likeness in video, photographs, written materials, and audio-visual recordings.

Forte Residential, Inc. Annual Picnic Valued Vendors’ Showcase

September 20, 2025, 11am to 3pm
Terms and Conditions

1. Setup & Break Down: Forte employees will be available to assist with moving items from your vehicle to the display area beginning at XX am. You will be responsible for setting up and staffing your display. The Forte picnic ends at 3pm, so tear down and removal of your display items should be completed by XXpm. Forte employees will be available to assist with moving your packed items to your vehicle until XXpm.  

2. Hours of Operation: The Valued Vendors’ Showcase will be limited to the hours of the annual Forte Residential picnic (11am to 3pm). Vendors may not sell goods before or after the picnic hours.

3. Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, casualty, or weather. Forte expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with their operation.

4. Exhibitor Spaces: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each vendor will be provided with one (1) 8-foot table for display purposes. Placement of display items & merchandise should be limited to the top of the assigned table. No side tables, racks, or other additional equipment will be allowed due to space constraints. Each vendor space will be provided with two chairs.

5. Good Neighbors: Each vendor should keep their items in their own vendor space and not encroach into neighboring spaces, allowing all exhibitors to have full use of their own spaces.

6. Acceptance: Vendors must be individuals who are served by Forte Residential or Forte Home Health Care. Family members and friends may not display or sell goods at this event. Items for display & sale must be handmade by the seller. Forte reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems the application does not follow these guidelines. (Are you allowing food items? If so, health department regs come into play. If yes, we should say the vendor is responsible for proper permitting, storage, and labeling; if no, we should state food items are excluded).

8. Electricity: Electricity will not be available to vendors at this event.

9. Taxes Due: Vendors are responsible for any sales or income taxes due as a result of sales at this event.

9. Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Forte Residential, Inc. from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Valued Vendors’ Showcase.
